Terms of Service

Today's Trends provides curated trend intelligence reports to advertisers, brands, and marketing teams. We scan TikTok and Instagram daily to surface trending songs, memes, video formats, and cultural moments, then package them into actionable briefs delivered by email.

Our service is intended for business and professional use. Today's Trends does not guarantee that any particular trend will result in commercial success for your brand.

Today's Trends offers monthly subscription plans. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Auto-renewal — your subscription automatically renews each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.
• Price changes — we will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not cancel before the change, the new price will apply at your next renewal.
• Account responsibility — you are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive reports until that date.

• Refunds — we offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your most recent charge. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
• No partial refunds — we do not prorate cancellations mid-cycle. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Data retention — upon cancellation, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law.

All Today's Trends reports, analysis, briefs, and related content (the "Reports") are the intellectual property of Today's Trends. We own and retain all rights to the Reports and the methodology used to produce them.

• Your license — with an active subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Reports for your internal marketing and content creation. You may share Reports within your organization.
• Restrictions — you may not resell, redistribute, or republish our Reports (in whole or in part) as a competing service or to third parties outside your organization.
• Your content — any content you create using insights from our Reports remains yours. We claim no ownership over the marketing campaigns or creative you produce.

When using Today's Trends, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your organization.
• Use the service to develop or train a competing product or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our Reports or website.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of Today's Trends.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Today's Trends is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to deliver timely and accurate trend intelligence, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of our Reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Today's Trends and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost opportunities, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Today's Trends shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Today's Trends and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Today's Trends after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
